To The Premier of Victoria and all MInisters of the Cabinet and to all Members of Parliament Victoria:

Based on advices from V.C.A.T. general list, DCPD office this a.m . Friday I am emailing you requesting  a complete review of the 2030 planning policy for the better of humankind with adequate representation of all groups locally on the committee of review.
There are many aspects within the current policy that are out of synchronization with local planning policy.
In my opinion the policies cannot be actualised with respect to any community developments e.g .housing ,because of the lack of synchronisation between the levels of government , developers and the people of Victoria.
Please send a copy of  this email to all Ministers and Members of Parliament and email a reply as soon as possible.
The realities of 2008 and beyond are not the same as the 1980s  and the attempted processes are breeding opposition and angst because of the designs, the methods of actualization, lack of vision to preserve the current local fabric of community and review.
People are feeling excluded and in a democracy this is not healthy.
Where a proposal is not appropriate, then it may not be fitting anywhere.
I am affected by local development proposals.
I hope and pray you leave the tender suburb of Camberwell alone in the future apart from maintenance and beautification.
Then we will have more recreation time- all of us.
I look forward to your reply.
Yours Sincerely,
Catherine N Berg.
